We make every effort to keep tuition affordable and provide financial assistance to families desiring a St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School education. Tuition may be paid in full or in twelve monthly payments.

Tuition includes books but does not include uniforms or school lunches.

*Parish Rate: To receive the Parish Rate, families must be registered, participating, and contributing members of their Columbus Area parish.
If you are new to the area, please provide a letter from your previous parish.


Additional Fees:

Registration Fee $250 per student, $500 per family maximum (non-refundable)
Sibling Discounts $300 for second child

Tuition assistance is available to help families afford a St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School education. Financial need for tuition assistance is determined by completed the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.

Tuition Assistance Steps

  1. New students should apply and be accepted to St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School.

  2. Upon acceptance, you will receive a registration packet. Current families will receive a re-registration packet in January. All families should complete and return the registration form, $250 registration fee, and the Tuition Assistance Request Form. These forms confirm that your student will be attending St. Anne-Pacelli next year and that you are requesting financial assistance. The tuition assistance committee will only review tuition assistance applications for students who are registered for the upcoming year.

  3. Complete the FACTS Grant and Aid application at www.factstuitionaid.com and submit supporting financial documents. Please note, you do not have to submit your 2013 Federal Income Tax return but may instead submit your 2013 return and your 2013 W-2 or other proof of income documentation.

  4. Complete any separate applications or supply additional documentation as needed for the specific types of assistance you are requesting. Applications are available below or in the main office beginning in January.

Priority consideration for tuition assistance is given to families who complete all steps by March 28, 2014. Requests after that date are subject to funds availability.

TUITION ASSISTANCE OPTIONS:

St. Anne-Pacelli Tuition Assistance Grant: Any student in grades PK -12 in good academic standing may apply for needs-based tuition assistance grants.

GRACE Scholars Award: Georgia Residents Assisting Children’s Education Scholars, Inc. (GRACE) provides awards to students with financial need in grades PK-12. Georgia residents with students entering a Catholic school from a public school or entering PK, Kindergarten, or 1st grade may be eligible. Printable GRACE Scholars Application

African-American/Native American/Hispanic Tuition Assistance:
Minority students in grades PK-12 may be eligible for tuition assistance from the Diocese of Savannah. Please indicate ethnicity on the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment by March 1st to be considered.

Columbus Catholic Deanery Tuition Assistance: Students in grades
9-12
whose parents are active members of a Catholic parish in the Columbus Deanery may be eligible for this type of tuition assistance.

Sister Mary Patricia Thomas Memorial Award:
This one-time half-tuition award assists rising 9th grade Catholic students whose parent or guardian is active duty military serving as a non-commissioned or junior officer.

Lt. Col. Ben and Ann Stahl Military Award: Students in grades PK-12 of active duty military families may apply for an up to $2,000 one-time award. Preference is given to a noncommissioned of junior officer. Please indicate active duty military status on registration form to be considered.

Phyllis Deslauriers Memorial Award: Girls entering grades PK - 8 who are registered members of area Catholic parishes may apply for this one-time minimum $400 award provided by the Columbus Deanery Council of Catholic Women. Please indicate parish of registry on the registration form to be considered.

Sisters of Mercy Award:
Rising 9th grade students who have financial need and have shown a strong commitment to Catholic education may apply for this $500 annual award.

Linda & Tom McAvoy Survivor Award: Students in grades PK -12 may apply for this one-time $500 award. Preference is given to students with an active duty military parent or a student whose parent has cancer. Indicate active duty military status on registration form (if applicable)and provide a letter stating why you are a candidate for this award.
